  • Will I receive samples with my order?

    Complimentary sample bundles are included with all online orders.
    You will be prompted within the checkout to select an offering from a collection of sample bundles available.

  • How can I return my purchase?

    In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we would be pleased coordinate a return, free of charge.

    To make a return, kindly contact us so we may provide you with a prepaid return postal label. Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

    Alternatively, online orders purchased using credit card as the payment method may be returned for a refund at any Aesop store in the country of purchase.

    All returns must be made within thirty days of purchase, or ninety days if the purchase was made between 1 November and 31 December.

    Kindly note in-store purchases cannot be returned to our online store.

  • Tracking your parcel

    You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates will be available at track.aesop.com.

    For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Orders placed on the Aesop Canada website can only be delivered within Canada.

    If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please open the destination menu from the footer section of the website and select the country you wish to ship to.

    From here, you will be redirected to the Aesop website that services your chosen region, and can proceed to order your items. Note that prices will be displayed in the destination’s currency. If you cannot find your preferred destination, regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.

    To purchase Aesop products locally, you can locate your nearest Aesop Signature Store or stockist by using the Aesop online store locator.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?

    Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order.

    Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

  • Returns

    We sincerely hope you derive ongoing pleasure from your Aesop products. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below. We will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the products, with proof of purchase, if the product was purchased:

    during any time of the year other than between 1 November and 31 December: within thirty days from the date of purchase.

    between 1 November and 31 December: within 90 days of purchase.

  • How do I reset my password?

    You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgotten Password' in the log in section.

  • Do I need an account with Aesop to place an order?

    You do not need to create an account to shop online; rather, you can purchase as a guest.

    However, creating an account will allow you to move more swiftly through the purchasing process: you will be able to save your personal details, store multiple delivery addresses, peruse past orders, update subscription details and receive special Aesop customer event invitations and new product information.

    Creating an account only takes a few minutes and you can do so by clicking here.
